Residents of Kampala and Metropolitan areas, especially those living and working in places affected by recent floods, have called on Kampala Capital City Authority- KCCA to improve the drainage systems to avert the consistent flooding that puts human life at risk.. The Entebbe Road has been particularly affected, starting from Barter Barter, where water has blocked the road, causing many vehicles to get stuck and some to be submerged.
